Committed to Making a Change
Where I have the power to do so...
We can only change us - not others. In a world that lacks all sense of self-awareness. I am running towards self-discovery - not for blame, shame, or regret but to change the trajectory of future choices and behaviors. Welcome to my website! This space is for those ready to uncover their truth, navigate toxic relationships, and face their own toxicity. Why persist in the same harmful behaviors? Why stay with those who have shown their true nature? Why cut without a razor?

Why Cut?
Individuals may engage in self-harming behaviors for various reasons. Self-harm can include staying in an abusive relationship, alcoholism, or drug abuse, among other actions. It is often a way to cope with overwhelming emotions, stress, or trauma. Some people use self-harm to feel a sense of control or to express feelings that are difficult to articulate. Others might engage in self-harm to punish themselves or to experience sensations when they feel numb. It is important to recognize that self-harm is frequently an indicator of deeper emotional distress, and seeking professional help is essential for addressing the underlying issues and discovering healthier coping mechanisms.
Just Stop!
Easier said than done - Many of us desire a better life but don't know where to begin. We seek happiness and fulfillment by living true to our values. However, lacking self-awareness can hinder this goal. Ahhh, self-sabotaging is real! Understanding who we are and what motivates us is essential for healing and happiness. It’s not easy to admit our part in how we got here, but it’s crucial to healing and happiness. I personally found from my work here - it was never acceptance that drove me - IT IS SAFETY. Years of therapy and then - out of nowhere...I had this ah-ha moment during a CWAR group call.

How can I assist you on your truth journey? Facing reality can be challenging, but we can get there together. Journaling can help and complement professional therapy. I've found that journaling often prepares me better for my life coaching and therapy sessions by allowing me to process my thoughts and emotions beforehand.
